My client needs a Corporate website for their Meetings, Incentives, Convention business.
They will start with something simple to start driving the traffic, but will need a full e-commerce later on.

For a start, we will be looking at creating awareness & focusing on attracting inbound visitors
I need a web/graphic design for the home page, with drop down menus like [url removed, login to view], and a small flash intro & ( banner - for secordary pages).
My budget is no more than US$65 only. If you can do this within my budget, then only bid for it with your time frame and experience.
SPECIFICATIONS
1. use a clear and simple design for a Corporate look and feel.
2. For FLASH banner for top is needed - need not be too loud. Should be professional and corporate like
3. Logo will be provided. Graphics nationality should be Chinese or Asian if used.
4. Left NavBar buttons must have rollover/dropdown menus like micebali.com.
You need to provide the entire source files, flash files, fireworks menu, photoshop file etc.
