Custom landing page

I want a page that works just like this one. [login to view URL] I lust need a landing page, with no menu. I will provide the 3 graphic images that need to move with mouse. I want this with a black background. Instead of menu i want a countdown timer like this one: [login to view URL] where the menu used to be, want the timer and make it large enough to be 60% of the width as the name "kyle korver" with the same mouse activated motion with the name. The countdown will be below the name. The name will change but the width will be similar. I also need it to play a single song and no other sounds, just the song. No timer clicking. Must be black background, not white. I need this done in 3 business days.
