Aligning flash based subtitles in Adobe captivate file

Requirement 1 We are looking for a Flash coder who can develop a script to put the so-called "Closed captions" subtitles in Adobe Captivate in the bottom of the page centralized in the middle. Currently the text is shown alligned left . Requirement 2 Furthermore we want to have some kind of black grow behind the white text. similar to subtitles shown on the Television. It is possible in Adobe Captivate CS4 to target the subtitles Closed Caption MC. With _root.cpPbcBar_mc.pbcBar_mc.pbcPause_mc._visible = true; i am able to target the Playbar within Adobe Captivate. Within that playbar the closed caption MC is shown. So i do not think it must be complex to target the closed caption code and to centralize the text. The complex aspect is to give the text some kind of 1px glow to give the white text a black shade.
