405521 Flash img and form problem

East job. I have an flash image on my homepage but it will not show for some reason. Not sure what happened [login to view URL] SWF file is attached. I also have a form page [login to view URL] but I am not receiving the request. I would like to remove the verification email. Currently it works like this: User fills out form Presses submit Then the receive a verification email Then the click link. Once link is clicked we get the info from form. I would like it to work like the following. User fills out form Presses submit Copy gets sent to us and they also receive a copy. NO verification link...causing too many problems.
