ActionScript intensive Flash project

This project must be fully completed by 5/14/2011 at 2pm US Pacific Standard time. Do not bid on this project unless you can deliver on schedule. You will receive negative feedback if you are late. Do not bid unless you can provide daily version deliveries and excellent communications between 9-6pm, US Pacific Standard Time. See current animation and full specifications attached. Before bidding, run through the application so that the included specifications are clear. Most items are working properly. The previous developer committed to finish the project and gave up after most of the work was completed. Your job as developer will be to examine the specifications, determine what is incomplete, and finish those items. I know of two or three items that are incomplete, but all specifications need to be met in the final product. Do not bid on this job unless you are willing to see it to completion. I believe it is very close. Full specifications are attached, and all conditions must be met. What you program needs to work with the overall specifications and not break existing functionality. I programmed about 90% of this, and believe that a good programmer should be able to complete it in a few hours. I simply ran out of time on my Flash license, and the budget for the project will not allow me to buy a developer version of Flash. If you have any questions, ask before bidding.
