I have a Bento(R) database on colorectal cancer patients. I need to migrate to a filemaker web server database. I have a raw design of filemaker entry form, but it has to be lapidated. My form is more than 200 fields large, and includes dates, pictures and texts. It has to be based on a webserver, and designed to good visualization on iphone as well as on big screens. There are some reports that I need that have to be designed on filemaker.

Hi, I'm Duncan, 29 and am currently working for a small company in London as their database designer. Back when I first started working there 6 years ago I have to transfer all their records from a Bento database to a filemaker database. Luckily the 2 databases work in a very similar way so transferring the records is easy enough. You are I think mostly looking for someone to design the database in such a way that all the data is shown in the most clear way. This is I think the most important part of the project. The project itself shouldn't take more than 24 hours to finish but I would suggest taking extra time to get the visualisation exactly like you want it and therefore leaving time for feedback.
