Create a facebook group

What I need or require: We need to create a Facebook group and have 5000 members join. Members must be currently living in South Africa and must be British or have worked in the UK for 5 years. All members must have: 1. must be real members with multiple pictures and friends 2. must be currently living in South Africa 3. must originally be British or have worked in the UK for 5 years. Payment Details 1. Will create an escrow or Paypal payment when you reach 50% of members (2500 members) 2. Will stop for a couple days to make sure members are all real members. 3. Then you will start again and once you finish the other (2500 members) will complete the rest of the payment Future Work Note: this will be a continual project. Once you have shown success in growing a group to 5000 members we will expand the project to include more members. What I already have versus what the provider will deliver: Need to setup a whole new facebook account and group. Other context/requirements that providers will need to know: Specific expertise/background that I am seeking: Social marketing, internet marketing, facebook. Timeframe for delivery: How long do you require achieving the results?
