we need someone proficient with excel/VB to create a burn down chart for us. stories, teams, and assignment info, as well as daily update data needs to be retrieved from youtrack ([login to view URL]) via youtrack web services APIs. one shared excel file in Google Docs has high-level release plan info. You can create charts in this excel itself, or in a separate excel, in which case you need to retrieve release info from this excel file via google docs web services API as well. please include relevant work experience/samples in your proposal.
