Create Excel/Vba Macro to rearrange order of product list for proper import format file

I have an excel that is updated with products daily.

That we update with a manually created EXCEL file (attached) and a custom import tool created for us to update the products easily. [url removed, login to view]~demo/order_form/[url removed, login to view]
In order to get the EXCEL file we need ready for upload we need to create it manually in a format the uploader will understand for import into correct columns.
It's done in two steps because our order form has sheets that are formatted in a 2 column (pg1-7) and 3 column (8-End) page layout, and so in order for the importer to work right, the imports of the sheets needed to be separate.
I attached the excel file that we use for upload. It has 2 sheets. SHEET 1 is equivalent to PAGE 1 in url order form link, and SHEET 2 is products from pages 2-9.
Column A is product; Column D tells the importer which column to place the product in, column 1 or 2.
I need to automate these sheet creations with a macro button.
The Stock list generator excel file is filled with tables of products. I'd like to run a formula that accounts for all the cells where products will be, and have the formula
1) Create a new macro sheet and place all PRODUCTS cells from SHEET 1 cells in a ONE column order like the attached excel file. ****** Depending on which column the product is in, column B or D, you need to add a column header in this new sheet to tell the importer which column the product is being added into. For example 1 is for first product column AND 2 is for second column of products ------ 0 is for Header rows.
2) Repeat STEP 1 but this time for SHEET 2-8. This time though you don't have to worry about columns. you should need to write the formula that will grab the values from the PRODUCT cells in SHEET 2-8 and place them in a new sheet in a 1 column order with respect to their TITLE sections. You will see in the excel file and in the url, on page 2.
So two steps. Basically the same thing, but second time is even easier.....
3) Add button to header area of my main excel file to automate this sheet/file creation in Steps 1 & 2. 9 ( I'll provide to you if you are chosen, )
