Unfortunately we are not being able to download the file attachment but we can assure you that we can write a macro with VBA that extract & calculate the tips totals for each employee for the week and automatically generate/distribute the whole weeks tips. It will then display the output onto a different tab. Hello, I'm an expert in VBA and VB.NET, with almost 10 years of experience. The link doesn't seem to work, so I wasn't able to take a look at the excel file. But almost anything that is repetitive work in Excel can be automated with a macro. Based on your explanation it doesn't seem to be much work.
