Compare Excel Columns with Product Names to extract the SKUS I need.

I have 2 columns of products. I column has 25k products, the other 4300 products. I need the skus for those 4300 products. So I'm trying to compare the columns names to pull what I need but the names in the column with the 4300 products differs slightly in that it includes pricing information in the field. I know some saavy Excel freelancer will tackle this issue easier then I am so please bid and help me complete this project within a couple of hours max because I'm already past my deadline because last freelancer is unresponsive.
