We are looking for a talented Admin/Payroll Coordinator for our extremely busy and fast growing Real Company. This position is responsible for reviewing closing transactions in a paperless environment using Dotloop and using our accounting system to process the payments. This person will be focused daily and ensuring that the accuracy, timely completion and the highest level of service to all of our agents and branch offices to pay Sales agents, referrals, employees and vendors. A successful candidate must be be able to work independently Work as Payroll be proactive detailed oriented strong organizational follow up skills. You will provide support in several areas of the office, including: Reviewing closing transactions for compliance with the real estate commission Provide support to Director of Operations in response to inquiries regarding commission payouts, expense deductions and calculations. Pay invoices for 4 offices in a timely manner and review for accuracy. We always have new projects and you must be able to dig right in and manage it from start to finish. This person will work directly with the President and Director of Operations

Good Day! I am willing to work on this project for I have experienced in Payroll as well when I was working in an advertising company. Also issuing invoices and the like are not new to me for I do make billings for our clients who rents billboard. Aside from being a graphic artist for more than 16 years, I also worked in a BPO company for more than 2 years so I assure that I can do this job with a minimum supervision.
