I have created this form ("survey") through Microsoft Excel for our employees to fill out each day: [login to view URL] The benefit of this excel form is that it can be hosted on my office 365 account and accessed via the internet as you see. Once the form is filled out, the data is deposited onto an excel sheet within my office 365 account (you can see the excel sheet attached in the files). However, I don't know how to manipulate the data now. I would think potentially using pivot tables may help search/sort/filter the data, but I don't know how to create pivot tables. If you believe the same work can be accomplished using Access, then I am open to trying Access as well. We need to be able to search/sort/filter this data once it is deposited onto the excel sheet, and the form needs to be accessible via the internet as it is currently. Please tell me how you believe this should be done, and what your cost for doing the work will be. Thank you!

I have 15 years experience in access database design and development. I have completed well over 250 custom databases in this time. I have worked on existing databases and created from scratch. A list of some databases I built are. ASCL database for Major Hospital in OKC. A scheduling program for the anesthesia department for a Major Hospital in OKC. A ford Parts Database to help a company keep track of inventory in house and EBay. and Many more. I was on Freelancer for 3 years and my account was hacked and I had to create a new profile. I have all my feedback from that site if you want to see them. I would create a database that if linked to your excel spreadsheet. I would create all the forms and reports and put on a nice understandable switchboard. I could create search options for you to see the data however you want to see it.; then it will be attach to your SharePoint which creates a link to your database for you to give to people who need access to it.

Hi, I have been an Access programmer in New Jersey for the last 18 years. Access is all I do, full-time. I am available by phone or email, business and non business hours. Access is a great way to do this project because you can have a menu with all your options, for both data entry and for reports. You can see some examples in my portfolio. So whoever will use this program doesn't have to have Excel or Access expertise beyond using a mouse and a keyboard. If you want to do ad-hoc queries on your data, I can teach you how to do this in about ten minutes.. I have done a number of vehicle databases recently.

Hi, I see you are using SharePoint. As such I would recommend creating this as an Access 2013 web app. This app can be hosted online on SharePoint so it can be accessed via the internet.
