Hi, I am from a webgame online company. We are recommended to find perfect guys to work together with us. We have several games online right now. We need more customer support to resolve all the questions submitted from our players, such as ingame general inquiries, suggestions, complaints, bugs, etc. The job not only requires the reply but talk to our Tech. to solve the bugs. If you know English and Chinese, that'll be better. Our users will submit tickets to GM tool, Fan page, Forum and email.
All you need to do is play the game very well, answer the questions correctly and quickly.
