Hi sr. To develop your project in less than 6 hours, I will require a software help. So I will work with SAP2000, where I will design the aluminium section and work with this section. There I can find ASTM code design, which will fit for USA requirements. So, I will need the section size details, the loads aplied and span you need me to design.
