Create eBay software to find Buy-it-now items under set price

Hi

I think this can be done with eBay's API.

I want to find items listed at a buy-it-now price under a certain price.

For example, the software would find all iPhone 4s models under ?300 buy-it-now price. Item condition would be set to 'used'.

The software would also email you when it finds an item matching the pre-set criteria.

Should be an option for upoading multiple search terms, e.g. Ipad, Iphone, etc, and then criteria, e.g. under ?X buy-it-now price, item condition=used.

I'm not sure if the email idea is feasible but we'll see.
