Hi, I want to create some visual charts of MLS data using Open Office Spreadsheet. I have attached 3 different files of sample data: [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] And I have attached images of charts similar to those I want to create: [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view]

Hi,

I want to create some visual charts of MLS data using Open Office Spreadsheet.

I have attached 3 different files of sample data:

[url removed, login to view]

[url removed, login to view]

And I have attached images of charts similar to those I want to create:

[url removed, login to view]

[url removed, login to view]

[url removed, login to view]

[url removed, login to view]

[url removed, login to view]

[url removed, login to view]

If you need descriptions of what these charts relate to read this page:

[url removed, login to view]

The [url removed, login to view] is a visual representation of [url removed, login to view]

[url removed, login to view] has a tutorial starting at the second page to explain how the numbers are derived.

I basically want to make similar charts as the attached, but with modifications to:

1. odds_of_selling - I want to see if a pie chart makes more sense visually with the percentage of selling next to the number sold, active continue to show + pending + active, or withdrawn + expired.

2. [url removed, login to view] - I want to separate "active" and "active continue to show" to their own lines

Also, there are 3 types of data:

[url removed, login to view]

[url removed, login to view]

[url removed, login to view]

You will have to make spreadsheets compatible with all 3 types of data. If you can make it one master spreadsheet, that will be great. If you have to make 3 separate spreadsheets that is fine too.

This is the first project. Once we complete this, I will want some other spreadsheets and charts created that are related to this.

Please do not bid if you have no ratings. I will not select your bid.

Thank you for checking out this project.
