Create Outlook Mail Robot

We need to create a "mail robot" as part of our internal systems so that we can automate a manual process. The robot will operate as follows: 1. Email is received to a set email address (for example "newfile at [login to view URL]"). 2. The email will contain the following information: a. the "Subject Line" which will contain a 6 digit file number b. text within the body of the email. c. attachments to the email (either PDF documents or Word documents). 3. The mail robot should then do the following: - it should "read" the email subject line - after "reading" the 6 digit file number, it should create a new folder in Windows Explorer with this 6 digit number as the name of the folder - the robot should then save the attachments into this newly created folder - the robot should then save the email into the newly created folder 4. If there is an error and the file cannot be processed, the robot should automatically forward the email to a new address (eg - "cannotload at [login to view URL]") 5. Ideally, we would like to the robot to be able to output the following information: - a report on the files that it has successfully processed each 24 hours - a report on the files that were unsuccessful - a list of all files that were loaded between any two selected dates. The robot would most likely run on a Microsoft Exchange server or Windows XP computer. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP Microsoft Outlook
