I can create you a temperature monitor with humidity readings and Dew point all in one neat package. I can make this connect to a DHCP server for an IP address, As well as an NTP server for the time. The source code will be very easy to read and modify if you so choose. Power over ethernet will not be a problem. If you have any questions for me please feel free to message me.
