Hello, Based on the description it is required to use a micro controller board based on Arduino or similar to do the data logging and monitoring of activity of industrial pumps. Because of different types of pumps and environments (temperature, humidity, light conditions, dust etc) I need to discuss to be able to give you a detailed technical proposal and cost estimation along with the cost of the electronics. It also depends if it is required to have a remote access over some wireless communication standard to pull the data and update the data logger board. There are many details to define so I suggest to discuss over Skype or Freelancer.com chat.
