need a good English speaker primarily, preferable of European origin.
Given a target voltage of between 5V and 500V (each a seperate circuit and hence a seperate job, I need this voltage discharged from cathode and anode for a period of 1 second. I would like to be able to connect standard electrodes to the the previously mentioned terminals. Basically it's just a capacitor discharge circuit, but the task is a bit beyond me TBH, specifically the 1 second part of the job. Absolutely no micro-controllers allowed.
I can supply a capacitor discharge circuit from a link I've got somewhere if you want, though it's just a basic capacitor charge and dicharge thing. (I'm not a electronics engineer).
