Arduino firmware, Syncronised bit bang

Develop a sketch for the Uno board (328p) to perform the following... Deliverable is arduino sketch working on 328p micro. There are 3 bytes stored in memory, eg use values 0x01 0x02 0x03 This comprises of a total of 24 bits (00000001 byte1, 00000010 byte2, 00000011 byte3) Starting at LSB of byte1, then bit2 of byte1, then bit3 of byte1.... upto bit8 of byte3 set the digital output pin high or low (depending on the bit value being processed) for 0.5ms. from above example numbers digital output will be low for 3.5ms, hgh for 0.5ms, low agai for 3ms, high for 0.5ms low then again for 3.5ms then high for 1,ms. Repeat this sequence automatically over and over again!
