Hello, I can help you. As you are in prototyping stage i will suggest you to use proteus for PCB designing, Reason is simple, You can have virtual prototype to view that. Hello, breakout board with custom power traces to sandwich two components is a standard task for me. Have designed many of them previously using Eagle and other CADs. Its an easy job. Just a few days ago I worked on something similar with Arduino Pro Mini. I will create the library for femtoduino so no worries. Will do it in EAGLE and will provide the project files as well as Gerber files for creation of the board at your place. I will be able to start the project on immediate note.
