Design a Voice Record circuit

Hi, I am working on a project that I need some electrical engineering support with. Project scope: A simple voice recording circuit that plays back voice or beep when a button is pressed. Requirements: 1) Button 1 shall be pressed to record a minimum of 5 seconds of audio. Button 1 is a right angle board edge button 2) Button 2 shall be pressed to playback audio or beep. Button 2 is a vertical button positioned somewhere near center of board. Recorded audio will playback twice for each press of the button. Pressing the button during playback will not interrupt or restart the playback. 3) Switch 1 shall be able to switch from playing back the recorded audio to playing a pulsing beep/alarm noise from a piezo buzzer or similar. Switch 1 is a right angle board edge switch. 4) An LED will pulse a few times a second during playback. 5) Circuit shall operate at 6V or less and be able to handle voltage up to 6.5V. Supply batteries will be 2 X 3V 2032 cell batteries. 6) The circuit must be able to be manufactured to the roughly the diameter and size of a US quarter. I have a schematic I started with arduino attiny85 but believe can be done without programming, but rather logic and timers.
