Hi,
As discussed in chat, this bid is for the following items:
1) Combining all the low-voltage electronics (including Arduino) into a single custom PCB, which is to be mounted inside TAKACHI-EL AW16-9-23 aluminum enclosure. This includes schematics/pcb layout, as well as making several complete boards.
2) Using the connector layouts/etc from step #1, as well as additional panel-mount Phoenix-style screw terminals, create CAD drawings for the left/right case panels to provide all the required connectivity to mainboard and actuator drivers mounted inside the case.
3) Create drawings for, and make samples/prototypes of all internal and external wire harnesses required to connect mainboard to actuator drivers, mainboard to external devices (GPS, compass, keypad, joystick, etc)
4) Generate enough documentation for the above 3 steps so that the process can be repeated (i.e. reordered) for production run of N number of units in the future.
The 21 days is a rough estimate, however some of the initial work has already begun, and as discussed, it should be realistic to get this stuff finalized around April - keeping in mind me being in China on March 13-18th, tho that probably won't really affect my work too much :)
payment: when everything is delivered and agreed that it's acceptable, not a moment earlier.
