This is a 20 page double spaced introduction for a legal complaint (10 pages single space). I have already had it edited by three people already so it should not have too many spelling and grammatical errors and they did a good job of that. However, I have not been able to get it structurally edited as the others did not have creative or essay writing skills and were mainly proof reading for errors.
I also did not clarify in my previous job post that it does not need any legal work and I want to emphasize, I do not want any legal research or direction for this - although of course some legal skills can help the writer better understand whats being discussed, but it isn't too complicated. It is very different than normal but there is a complicated reason for it, which takes an hour to explain, and explaining it to the other editors only seemed to confuse them a little and was really not necessary for the job I needed.
This is an amended complaint of a federal case that has been going on for more than a year, and has been doing very well. I am not a lawyer, but have managed to get an important precedent in my case against a spyware manufacturer, which no other law firm has managed to do . Thus I haven't fared poorly for my first time ever in a courtroom and ill take my chances with my odd legal style you see in this introduction. So please trust me, even though it is not normal looking for the legal world, it is fine content wise for my purposes . If any corrections are needed, they will be minor ones.
All i want is someone who is great at structure of writing, to massage this into a smoother format, and perhaps remove any excess hyperbole, as I tend to use too much. If you are very good at essays, I just want this to have a more elegant flow, that is all I need for this. So legal experience is not needed at all, just expert essay writing skills. You will not need to add anything new, just remove excess fat from the writing.
