Dedicated Server review and forum

Looking to start a dedicated server review and forum site, this would be an add driven site, I can show you many examples but I am sure you have seen quite a few, the forum will be similer to WHT and site similer to tophost, first phase of project would be to setup a top 10 rating and review of dedicated server hosts, this would be a fully automated site so it would require minimum configuration once up, would like to see news feed updating the landing page. once site is up and running i would like the landing page show latest comment or posts on forum, will be using vb for forum so I will also want good skin, logo and SEO. the chosen design company would need to deliver 30 day or less a completed site, additional testing time of site of 30 days, need phone and msg available. if you have done a similer site I would be interested in getting link, other links to portfolio would be ignored.
