1. MySQL dB optimizations : Current size of 960 GB is of huge size, should optimize to the actual data – The vendor has to test on test setup and then replicate in production setup.(Our end customer is owning the test setup)
2. MySQL upgrade from 5.5 to 5.6: The vendor has to test on test setup and then replicate in production setup. (Our end customer is owning the test setup)
3. Material and accessories like temp HDD,USB storage, Data card ,laptop, connectors ,cables & test laptop etc.
4. Necessary S/W & LICENSES .
5. Before starting the task – Vendor can audit the system very thoroughly and then proceed.
6. Vendor can share the pre-requisites for the tasks agreed, should start the work once all pre-requisites are met.
7. Onsite support mandate till project completion mandatory.
8. Details MOP preparation with Impact analysis and fall back plan.
9. Fine tuning recommendation with outcomes.
10. Post task completion and Customer sign off – Monitoring support remotely for 4 weeks.
11. Post task completion : Detailed Proper handover sessions and documents
