Analyze some Data into line charts

Hi, (Raw data CSV attached in project posting) Please refer to this chart. This chart shows office electricity usage over 9 days, including weekend. It shows average hourly usage of electricity over these 9 days / 24 hours period. [login to view URL] Chart 1: I have another set of data which shows people moving in and out of this office over 9 days / 24 hours period. I need someone to work out the averages and chart these charts: [login to view URL] I need a chart showing - Over 9 days, average hourly people going into office, out of office. The objective is to overlay the people movement chart over this electricity usage chart to see the patterns of consumption vs people in office. Chart 2: I also have another data showing vehicles going in and out of the carpark. So I also need one chart showing average hourly in and out of vehicles. [login to view URL] Chart 3: If you look at Pedestrian data and Vehicular data, there is percentage traveling at average speed vs percentage travelling slower or faster. I need a chart to compare at each 15 mins block, the speed pattern between people and vehicles so that we can identify if cars are moving fast / slow when there is a lot of people etc so we can advise if more Slow signs are needed to inform cars or to inform people to slow down.
