Directory List Needs Sorting

I have a list of directory and link pages that I would like seperating into various categories within an excel spreadsheet. The winning bidder will have to visit each website and decide which category the website falls under i.e: Free non reciprocal Free recprocal link required paid directory or link page No way to obtain a listing standard links page In the case of the paid directories I would also like the cost to be included. In addition I would also like to know the IP address of each listing. I have included the list as an attachment with the various tabs. I would expect the winning bidder to move each link from where it currently sits into the relevant tab on the spreadsheet and fill in the IP addresses aswell as providing the cost details of the paid directories. In terms of the "No Way Of Obtaining Tab" This tab is for teh directories that have no way of getting in touch to obtain a listing. This tab will require a valid reason for not being able to submit. Please also get rid of duplicate directories All work will be randomly checked for accuracy and will only be paid out on if the job is 100% perfect as to this specification. Please do not bid unless you can 100% match what we are asking for. We are looking for a long term relationship with a freelancer to carry this type of job out on a regualr basis but only wish to work with the best. There may also be further work in obtaining these directory links also. We are happy to make payment via escrow.
