Data Entry of Accounts to Ledgers

I am looking for someone that can receive scanned images of accounts paperwork over the last several years and enter them into Ledgersmb web based accounting software. There would be initially be a total of about 300 pieces of paperwork with potential for more. The chart of accounts also requires entry, although it has been clearly defined and can be supplied. This will require someone who has a reasonable understanding of English, who is adept at data entry in terms of both speed and accuracy and will be available to communicate questions to me in my normal business hours of 8AM-5PM AWST (+8GMT). Not essential, but desirable would also be someone who has a basic understanding of bookkeeping and can then potentially continue to update accounts on a weekly/monthly basis.
