- Experience with systems design and development from business requirements analysis through to daily management. - Advance level skills using Microsoft Office Suite of products. - Over ten years experience using Ms Access to develop business solutions and automation. - Strong skills in evaluating information and converting data from spread sheet or text files to fully functional database system. Developed complete systems for HR, Time Sheet Tracking, Customer Relationship Management system (CRM), Quality assurance tracking, and invoicing systems. - Proficiency in full system logic performance and relational structure design. Solid knowledge of multiple table queries, composite reports with related sub-reports, graphic displays and charts. - I have a working knowledge of all aspects of the database development cycle. Experience includes requirements analysis, database design, upgrades, on-going maintenance and support - Over 12,000 hours of training adults in the functions and use of computer software and related technologies
