Hi I require a particular website to be searched to extract information (the URL of publicly available information will be provided). It will involve searching 6,000 businesses, downloading PDFs of the information on each and copying the data into an excel spreadsheet provided. A step-by-step process will be provided on how to extract the data. A spreadsheet attached has the fields defined of what needs to be copied. Once this is complete, a second stage will be searching for more data on these businesses on the web.

Hi Can you advise if the PDF files can be downloaded programmatically please? If you can advise the URL address, I can investigate. I propose to first convert the PDFs into text file and use Excel VBA to extract all the relevant data into a spreadsheet. The PDF and text files are kept for audit purposes. Regards
