We use Excel (actually OpenOffice) to generate monthly a report with data of several campaigns. See attachment for example.
Our steps would be:
1. Every month we paste data like on 'monthly-data'
2. 'report' is updated with that data, showing per campaign the data in the last month
3a. 'Overzicht' contains the summary of all campaigns
3b. 'Campagne: xxx' contains 3 blocks: a graph with historical data of last 12 months (if available) and 2 blocks with data of last month. Within the last 2 blocks it's showing the difference with the month before (increase, decrease or equal)
4. We save the report as PDF
Few remarks:
1. We're working with OpenOffice calc
2. The number of campaigns can differ
