Accounting Needed

Responsibilities . Participate in month-end /quarter-end close process, including all general accrual reconciliations . . Perform financial reporting and analysis . Assist with weekly accounts payable process including entering invoices, expense reports and coordinating weekly check runs . Assist with general ledger maintenance including journal entries . Prepare account reconciliations and analysis . Assist with semimonthly payroll entry and reconciliations . Accurately account for all fixed asset and prepaid expense activity . Assist with annual audit . Research and resolve accounting issues . Perform special projects and other duties as assigned Requirements . Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related subject. . 4- 6 years of accounting experience. . Experience in a startup environment required. . Extensive QuickBooks Online experience and capacity to support accounting system upgrade in near future. . Software implementation experience, highly preferred . Detail oriented, flexible, self-starter who is able to work independently, juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision . Excellent interpersonal skills and able to develop and maintain good working relationships and work productively with others in a team environment . Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. . Strong analytical and problem solving ability.
