A person to monitor Freelancer for me wanted

intro Hello Sir I read your requirements carefully. As a new freelancer I need to choose very specific project to bid on. So usually I spend about 7-8 hours/day on freelancer.com searching for job. So i can notify you immediately as an appropriate project arise. As a test work I require you to provide me with project details you need to be notified. On the basis of those details I will search projects from existing list and will send you link for projects. You will need to check those links. On the successful completion of test work I would like to work with you on monthly basis that is $30/month. Looking forward to hear from you Thanks -Devotion

In the first paragraph you said that you want to be notified when some good projects comes. That is fine. But in second paragraph you said that I will bid on that project like that is not clear. Intro. Since I’m very present at Freelancer site, checking job opportunities for my own sake It would be no trouble at all to include you/your skills to my schedule. I don’t find “project fee” concept as correct. Many parameters matching is needed that one Freelancer actually gets the job, not only the prompt bid. Therefore, I would prefer monthly payment. Firstly, at the expense of sounding patronising let me congratulate you of EXECUTING on an idea, I have been ONLY THINKING about, but you seem to have found the courage and boldness to go ahead and find a SOLUTION. You have a 'classic' freelancer problem which bugs or must be bugging every freelancer. I am happy you have brought it out to the open and exposed it as it were. I am glad this gives me an opportunity to talk to someone who has a similar problem as mine. As you rightly pointed out in your description that you are not sure whether it will work, plus you wouldn't know how to price it either as every freelancer is sort of 'bootstrapping'. I would like to know if we can work around this problem by doing some sort of a collaboration. I will need to put my mind to it. I would request you to do it too. As we are around 2.5 hrs apart with respect to time zones, I hope we can use that to our advantage too. Off the cuff, what I can think of as a solution is to do sharing of our search times. So, that the streams of work for both of us are evenly spaced out. I am sure if I put my mind to it, I can come up with even better solutions. But, as of now to keep it short, lets work on 'I'll scratch your back, you scratch my back' policy until the time we get a better solution. If you could PM me we could take the discussion further. In the meanwhile I'll put my mind to it to find better solutions. Also would like to know what are your areas of interest.
