I have a directory of school districts available at this page: [url removed, login to view]
For each of the districts, I am hoping for the name and email address of the "Business Administrator" or "Board Secretary" entered into the attached spreadsheet. The data is easily available by going to the district's web page and searching the staff directory or other page, which could be accomplished either via web scraping or manually.
I have attached the spreadsheet, which also contains some districts not listed on the above site but easily searchable online. I have filled in a few examples as references.
