Fill data into xls table. Part 1 (of 3)

I need to form list of companies (corporate entities) with their ratings. At this page [login to view URL] all the companies can be found. It is needed to press “Corporates” link on the left of page. After clicking all the industry sections will pop up: • Aerospace & Defense 87 • Automobiles & Components 231 • Building Materials 169 • Capital Goods 435 • Chemicals 367 • Commercial Services & Supplies 58 • Consumer Products 604 • Containers & Packaging 43 • Energy 62 • Healthcare 380 • Homebuilding 19 • Hotels & Gaming 0 • Information Technology 441 • Media & Entertainment 661 • Metals & Mining 306 • Paper & Forest Products 81 • Retailing 365 • Telecom Services 468 • Transportation 251 • Electric 289 • Gas 89 • Multi 81 • Water 54 • Real Estate 478 Each of Industry sections contain links to companies (companies will pop up after pressing industry link). Overall there are 6019 companies rated by S&P that can be found under all industry sections. It is needed to open each company page and obtain needed information from there. What I need is to have list of all of 6019 companies in excel sheet – that is first column of table. Ratings for each company in second column (I need only “Foreign Currency LT” rating). Industry name in third column. And date of rating in fourth column. For example, [login to view URL] This page is for Apple Inc. (under “Information Technology” industry section). Page says that Foreign Currency LT rating for company is AA+. So in MS Excel line on Apple inc. would look like following: Company Foreign Currency LT rating Industry Date Apple Inc. AA+ Information Technology 23-Apr-2013 As I need project to be done in less than one day. I suggest to split work into three parts. 2000 companies in each part. Please provide your proposal for entering data on 2000 companies.
