i am a fresher and i assure you i will do my best to furnish the details of the assignment within 7 days of your confirmation.I am attatching an article i have written, hope you like it: Six things that haunt you about Pregnancy Pregnancy Decoded – Every going to mother should read this! Pregnancy has been divided into three phases or trimesters namely first, second and third. This is done just for convenience of reference. Although Pregnancy is an individual experience and every woman has her own bio-mechanisms working. This also depends on the growth of the child. You’ll probably spend the coming months wondering how your baby is growing and developing? How your baby looks? How big the baby is? When will you hear his/her heart beat? Here are some of your questions answered! 1 Is it too painful to give birth? There is a lot of psychology than physiology behind this dilemma. There is pain and there is no way to quantify it. Natures’ wonder makes every birth even in the same mother differ in the magnitude of pain. Birth is a beautiful experience even if it is painful. Studies show that in pregnancy the more relaxed you are lesser the pain you will feel in labor. Even deep breathing exercises and Yoga help release stress if done under proper supervision. 2 Is my baby healthy inside? Make sure to visit your gynecologist every month. Every mother is inquisitive of how is her baby doing inside her tummy, so you are no different! Modern science has made it possible to have a look at your chubby cheeks before he/she is out in front of you via ultra sound. Make sure you go to your gynecologist every month. Doctors can now treat for any abnormalities in pregnancy or your child even before the birth. So, make your monthly appointments and leave it to the doctors. 3 Will I gain too much weight? Gaining weight is obvious when pregnant. You BMI or Body Mass Index decides how much weight you will gain. For your BMI refer a Dietician. If your BMI is below 18.5 you should gain about 28 to 40 pounds. If you are having twins you will gain 35 to 40 pounds. Mothers generally shed off one half of their pregnancy weight within the first six weeks postpartum (afterbirth). So do not worry about your weight gain. Nature will take care of the extra pounds you gather during pregnancy. 4 Is Coffee harmful? Coffee is extremely harmful to pregnancy. Coffee contains Caffeine which is known to stun the egg’s ability to be implanted in the woman’s uterus. Fetal Deaths and still born babies are twice as likely among heavy coffee drinkers. 5 Will a seat belt hurt my baby? You should always wear a seat belt. It helps save you and your baby in fatal accidents no matter where you are seated in a car. Make sure you wear the seat belt correctly. The seat belt should be 3 point restraint. That is, it should have a lap and shoulder strap. Remember, the best way to keep your baby safe is when you are safe – by wearing a seat belt. 6 What should be my sleeping posture? Sleeping might be the last thing you do in pregnancy with so much of nausea, back pain, constantly running to ladies room! Over 80% women have reported disturbed sleep while pregnant. This occurs because your body is going through so many changes, hormonal and physical. Avoid sleeping on your stomach, as this will put pressure on your baby. Drink lots of fluids in a day but cut down on fluids before sleep. Sleep on the left side to help flow of blood. While sleeping lie with your knees and hips bent. This may help take off the pressure of the lower back. I hope you have your pregnancy doubts clear. Hope you have a happy, chirpy baby soon! Good luck, keep smiling.
