Craigslist Poster Needed !

I am looking for an EXPERIENCED Craigslist Poster. Rates and payments may INCREASE over time if an excellent job is done. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Minimum of 10 ads per day for cities across the United States. 2. The ad must last a minimum of 3 hours. 3. If for some reason the ad is flagged, ghosted, or did not last for 3 hours it must be reposted or it will not count. 4. You are responsible for IP addresses and Phone Verified Accounts. 5. The poster will be required to send me a list of the urls of the posted ads and the time posted in Excel format via e-mail everyday. 6. I only need posts in the "For Sale" section. 7. You must monitor your posts to make sure there is no ghosting, flagged, and removed ads as they will NOT count. 8. With 10 ads posted, I am looking to get at least 150 responses per day. With my type of ad, this should be easily achievable. 9. The rate is $0.30 per ad. Rates may rise if you do very well. If you do an excellent job after a month, I will pay you for each e-mail response instead, and you would earn a lot more money each day (i would probably pay 10 cents per e-mail response, and that is $20 a day for you if I get 200 e-mail responses). 10. Communication should be over e-mail. I prefer communication over AIM, but it is not required. 11. You will be payed via Paypal. For the first week you will be payed everyday.
