Cookie Order System - open to bidding

I work for a cookie company in Memphis Tn, Whimsy Cookie Co. We are looking for an online ordering system that would give customers a wide variety of our options that people order for the most part - as well as a "custom" tab if they want to create their own order more or less. Now, we don't have specific things set up to choose from, and we think it will be much easier if people can see exactly what they want - if that makes sense. Also, we want them to be able to choose what type of occasion, for example: wedding, birthday, holiday, ect. They are ordering for and we would like to be notified of repeat orders.. for example if someone orders birthday cookies, I want to be able to see the next year so we can contact them about a repeat order. We would need options such as pick up or delivery - and other basic stuff. As well as a function that would collect emails, we want to start sending out a Whimsy newsletter, more or less. That's the pretty basic info, and I wasn't sure if you guys could do something like that, but I saw online where you had done some work with what seemed to be a bakery before and we fit into that mold - even if we just specialize in decretive cookies.
