CAPTCHA Data Entry

I've posted this project before, but the provider I chose didn't work out as needed. I have 2 separate projects needed, and they will be detailed below. The 1st project will need just 1 person at a time, although multiple people working different shifts will be needed. The 2nd project will more than likely need a team of a few workers, as the captchas will come much more faster than the 1st project. For the 1st project, it is better if I work with 1 person at a time whom is available during US Central Standard Time (GMT-6), between the hours of 8am and 10pm. You will be allowed to take breaks as needed. If you have a team of workers, that is fine, but please be aware that only 1 person will be allowed to enter captchas at a time, and this is browser-based. I will be paying you per 1,000 captchas entered, and this will be a daily job. Please do not bid ~$2-3 per 1,000 captchas, as I do not expect 1 person to work for that amount. You can expect a few hundred captchas per hour, so please bid based on that amount. The speed that the captchas will be presented to you will be entirely based on the speed of the proxies that are being used, but like I said, you can expect a few hundred captchas entered. So, basically, it could take you 3-5 hours to input 1,000 captchas. You will be entering captchas in the browser, 1 captcha at a time, and at times, you will be waiting for the next captcha to appear. I can pay you daily at first, to build up your trust in me, then I prefer to pay you weekly. For the 2nd project, I have a captcha entry project that I need fulfilled, preferably by a team. These hours will vary on a day-to-day basis, so you will need to be available by an IM client (icq/aim/msn/skype/yahoo), so that we can communicate on when your team will be needed. I can create multiple worker accounts, and the captchas will be coming to you, probably faster than you can type them, and it is also browser-based. What I mean by this, is that after you input a captcha, and press Enter, another captcha will usually immediately present itself. I do not need a team to work 24/7 on either of these projects, but we can discuss details via PM. As for this project, because of the speed of the captchas being displayed, I do expect a lower bid per 1,000 captchas, as the captchas will be rapidly displayed, but it will be just 1 captcha displayed on the browser at a time, but they are rapidly displayed. Like I said, there will be more than likely be a queue of captchas to be typed (ie, your workers will be constantly typing captchas). I can create as many worker accounts as needed for this 2nd project. I would like to get started with a reliable team as soon as I can. Speed, accuracy, and efficiency is of utmost importance to me. I expect an accurate captcha to be entered within 5 seconds of being displayed, although I will be lenient if your team is highly accurate.
