I need a mailing list built of all the golf courses in the US states of Oregon, Washington and Idaho. There are multiple sources for this such as Golflink.com. The data I am after is in the attached excel sheet.

My intention is to use a subset of this as a mailing list. This should be just under 700 courses. They list the number by state as a sanity check.
I am willing to create milestones for each state but please quote a real dollar amount and timeframe to complete.
