Qualifications:
Candidates must demonstrate a history of success and a drive to build a career.
Some technical know-how is required, but a degree is not. Your customers will often require troubleshooting help. We will train you as long as you have an interest and basic understanding of technologies like wi-fi, bluetooth, smartphones, and the web. If you enjoy high tech gadgets, this can be a very fun position.
We require:
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)- Customer service background (retail store, call center, or otherwise)- Exceptional ability to work with a wide range of tasks and people
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize what needs to be done during the day
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Eager to help and ability to take initiative
- Beyond just a willingness to learn, an inherent curiosity to understand how things work
- Conduct research and turn problems into opportunities and solutions
- Strong planning skills and a natural attention to detail- Punctual and reliable
