We require an Excel expert to create a workflow spreadsheet for us.
The spreadsheet will be for SEO activities and must auto-populate with the activities that need to be completed Month-by-Month after the relevant plan has been selected (12 plans in total - all with different activities). The spreadsheet must be able to flag activities that have not been completed by the due date.
To give you a rough idea, it must contain -
Website name
Plan (drop down, and when this is selected it populates numbers in the corresponding rows)
Other fields include - Form built / Analytics installed / Call Tracking / Homepage Content / Informational Content ... All these will align to our Monthly activities
The key to this will be to flag anything that hasn't been completed by the end of the Month so there will need to be macros and date fields
