Hello, The best way to handle this is to create an Excel sheet where you will fill in the costs (similar to the existing Word doc) and a VBA program running from inside Excel, which will fill in the acceptance page, which can be reproduced in Excel. Then, the quote can be saved as a PDF file, and even send via email to the customer (as attachment). Of course the end product will be visually the same. A few words about me: I'm developing VBA programs for more than 15 years and I'm a VBA and Excel trainer (all levels) for 12+ years.
