I need a VBA for Excel program written to enable me to type in questions
with multiple-choice answers (perhaps with radio buttons).
A hidden (from the user) worksheet should contain the answers.
When the user presses a 'Completed' button, his/her answers
should be checked against the answers on the hidden sheet.
Correct answers should be shown in green and incorrect ones
in red.
A percentage score should also be displayed.
If possible, the spreadsheet should be saved and emailed to
a specified (perhaps hard-coded) email address.

This is a interesting project. I suggest to make the questions in userforms and then transfer it to the answer sheet. Creating a password protected hidden sheet is no problem, so you can alter questions and answers. I have just finalised a project sending e-mail from excel (with g-mail account) is no problem. I am a new freelancer and I have almost 20 years experience with Excel.
My suggestion for your project is a form that will load when the file is opened. The user will see nothing but the form and will have no access to any sheets. The form will have questions with radio button options, multiple choice, as you have requested. You will have password access to the results which will be as you have outlined. This could be completed in one day.
