Data entry from excel to the website form

We have collected offline a list of 50 000 applicants willing to participate in the competition. Now we need to enter them into the competition through the online registration form. The form URL is available on request. The form consists of the following fields: name, surname, email, birthday (dropdown selection), country (dropdown selection), telephone number, gender radio box, and checkbox for agreement for Terms & Conditions. Time frame: it's necessary to spread entry process into a gradual increase over next 10 days. Ideal scenario: to register from an IP of a country of an applicant.
