Chinese Menu PDF to Excel - enter Chinese pinyin in a Spreadsheet

Hi, I think this is an easy job and I can complete it very quickly. The Chinese characters are already there so I could do this within minutes. As a bonus, some of the English actually wasn't translated literally such as the "Sea Foam" soup which says fish stomach in Chinese. I didn't go through the whole thing, but if you were interested in knowing any discrepancies between the Chinese and English on the menu, I can do that as well. If not, I will be able to do as you said and finish filling out that Excel sheet very quickly. Thank you for your consideration.

The food listed on the menu are common in Hong Kong and the Chinese characters they used are actually Traditional Chinese character. I am familiar with typing Traditional Chinese characters.
