Data Analysis on an Academic Project

Hi, I am looking for someone to help me perform data analysis on data collected over 2 periods of time in two separate locations. The data will need to be normalized, weighted, aggregated the data into 3 indexes, and finally entering the data into a triangle diagram. I have a model that you will follow step by step. I need someone who understands and can follow the steps and formula laid out for them. I have uploaded a study that is similar to what we will do. All the steps are listed within the study’s section 2 on methodology. The project is in the late stages and most of the work has be completed already. The vast majority of the data has been collected via public databases. I will need someone to: 1. Organize and perhaps fill in some blanks in the data (via internet research nothing too hard). 2. Follow the steps laid out in the attached paper which involves following the formulas which will normalizing, weighting, aggregating, and finally entering the data into triangle model (ALSO OUTLINED EXPLICITLY IN THE SAMPLE PAPER). The basic skills required are: -data entry -statistics or engineering (anyone good with higher level math should be able to follow the formulas) -being able to use and have access to some form of graphing software to create the triangle diagrams (ie windows grapher) -basic research *****please only serious bids.
